Optivo ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

Optivo collects minimal information necessary to provide the service:

• Usage data: Task count and saved results stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device.
• Task input: Text and images you submit are sent to our AI processing server to generate results. We do not store this content after processing.
• Purchase information: Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat and the App Store / Google Play. We do not store payment details.
• Camera/Photo access: Only accessed when you choose to attach a photo to a task. Photos are processed and not stored on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-powered task results based on your input
• To manage your subscription and task limits
• To improve the quality of our service

Data Storage

Your saved tasks and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a user account system or store personal data on our servers beyond what is necessary to process your current request.

Third-Party Services

• OpenAI: Task generation is powered by OpenAI's API. Inputs are subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Expo / EAS: App delivery and over-the-air updates.

Children's Privacy

Optivo is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

Since we store minimal data locally on your device, you can delete all app data by uninstalling Optivo. For any privacy concerns, contact us at support@myoptivo.com.
